Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Yovara (yovara.io), a service of Supermultiverse LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901, USA ("Yovara", "we"). By creating an account or buying credits you accept them.
1. The service
Yovara analyses how AI assistants answer questions related to a business and produces measurements, observations and recommendations ("Results"). Results are observations of answers given by third-party AI services through their official interfaces at a given time, with a given configuration. They are not rankings, and they are not a guarantee of how any AI service will answer in the future or to any particular person.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and act for a business or as a professional.
3. Credits and payments
- Yovara is paid with credits. A first measurement of a brand costs 4 credits and a re-measure costs 1 credit, as shown in the product at the time of use.
- Credits are bought in packs at the prices shown at checkout. Prices include applicable taxes.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. For purchases processed through Stripe's merchant-of-record service, Stripe (and its Link service) acts as the seller of record and its terms of sale and refund policies also apply to the payment.
- Credits don't expire while your account is active. They have no cash value and can't be transferred.
- If an analysis fails before any AI answer is obtained, its credits are returned automatically.
- If a payment is refunded or reversed, the credits bought with it are removed from your balance.
- Launch or promotional offers may be limited (for example, once per account) and may end at any time.
- Invite programme: you can invite other companies with your personal link. When a new account created with your link makes its first real purchase (promotional codes do not count), you and that account each receive 1 credit; you can earn up to 10 credits per calendar month this way. Inviting yourself or your own company does not count. If that first purchase is refunded or disputed, those credits are withdrawn if they have not been used. Invite credits do not expire while your account is active, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We may change or end the programme at any time; credits already earned are kept.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Yovara to break the law, infringe others' rights, or harass or harm any person or business;
- attempt to overload, reverse-engineer or circumvent the limits and security of the service;
- resell or systematically extract Results or the service without our written permission;
- use Results to make false or misleading claims about any business, including your competitors.
Yovara reads only publicly available web pages and respects robots.txt. You may analyse any business's public presence, but you remain responsible for how you use the Results.
5. Your content and our content
- You keep your rights in the information you provide (for example, your company description, edited questions and competitor names).
- You give us permission to process it to provide the service.
- The service, its software and its design belong to us. Results are yours to use for your business.
6. Third-party services
Yovara relies on third-party AI services (currently OpenAI and Perplexity) and infrastructure providers. Their availability, behaviour and answers are outside our control and may change without notice. We may add, change or remove AI services we observe.
7. No guarantees
The service and Results are provided "as is". We don't guarantee any change in how AI services describe or recommend you, or any business outcome. Recommendations are suggestions based on observations. You decide whether and how to act on them.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Yovara and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Unused credits of accounts closed for breach are not refunded.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in the product before they take effect.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, where they apply.
