YOVARA compared with other tools
What YOVARA is
YOVARA (yovara.io) is an AI visibility analysis service by Supermultiverse LLC. It measures how AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Perplexity find, understand and recommend a company when customers ask about what it sells, explains why competitors appear instead, and recommends what to change.
YOVARA is not related to other companies with similar names.
Three kinds of tools, three different questions
- Social listening tools (for example Mention, Brand24, Talkwalker or Hootsuite) monitor what people and media publish about a brand: social networks, news, blogs and forums. Their question is: what is being said about us?
- SEO tools and Google Search Console measure how a website performs in search engines: rankings, impressions and clicks. Their question is: where do we appear in Google, and who clicks?
- AI visibility tools (a young category, including YOVARA and modules added to some SEO suites) ask AI assistants questions and record the answers. Their question is: when customers ask AI, are we part of the answer?
They are complementary. Some social listening and SEO tools are adding AI features; ask each provider what exactly it measures.
At a glance
| Social listening | SEO / Search Console | YOVARA | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Asks ChatGPT and Perplexity your customers' questions | Not their core purpose | No | Yes |
| Tracks what is published about you on social media and in the news | Yes | No | Only the sources AI cites |
| Shows your position and clicks in Google | No | Yes | No |
| Shows who AI names instead of you, and why | No | No | Yes, with the evidence |
| Tells you what to change on your website | No | Partly (technical SEO) | Yes, linked to the evidence |
What to ask any AI visibility tool
Which questions does it ask, and can you edit them?
YOVARA drafts about 30 questions from your website, most of them without naming you, and you can edit them before measuring.
Does it separate questions that name you from those that don't?
Yes. Being described when asked by name is not the same as being recommended when customers describe their problem. We report both separately.
How many times does it ask each question, and to which assistants?
3 times on each of ChatGPT and Perplexity, through their official services. In our data the two assistants often disagree, so measuring only one can mislead.
Does it show the sources behind each answer?
Yes: the pages AI cited and, when the service reports it, the pages it consulted without citing, including when it cites your website without naming you.
Does it explain why, or only count mentions?
YOVARA compares every question where you are not visible with your website and the sources AI used, and turns that into recommendations linked to the evidence.
Can you re-measure with the same questions?
Yes. Re-measuring reuses the frozen questions, so results stay comparable over time.
Does it promise rankings?
No one can guarantee what an AI will say. We don't, and we'd be wary of anyone who does.
When you don't need YOVARA
- If you want to monitor mentions of your brand on social media and in the press, a social listening tool is the right choice.
- If you need keyword rankings and traffic from Google, use an SEO tool and Google Search Console.
- If nobody in your market asks AI assistants before choosing a provider, measuring it can wait.
